Marketing Field Assistant (Female, 19–30) – KPI-Based / Jalandhar
Join as a Marketing Field Assistant and manage campaigns from home while achieving KPIs.
This role is for female candidates aged 19–30, active, motivated, and healthy (No BP/Diabetes).
Work flexibly, earn commission and incentives, and grow your skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell products online and offline
- Manage campaigns and reach customers from home
- Meet weekly KPIs and submit reports
- Maintain good customer relationships
Qualifications & Skills:
- Female candidates only (19–30 years)
- Active, motivated, and healthy (No BP/Diabetes)
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass (Diploma preferred)
- Good communication in Punjabi, Hindi, or English
- Own a smartphone or laptop
- Familiar with WhatsApp, social media, and basic Excel
- Confident and comfortable with occasional field visits
- 3-month probation with security bond
